Bundle Overview
Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. Yoga was created over a millennia ago to bring balance and Harmony into your chakras (from the base to the crown).
Join, wellness therapist and certified instructor, Cassaundra Paolini, as she guides you through this integrated Yoga Practice using Kundalini, Hatha and Flow, to unblock the chakras and bring balance, healing and activation into your Root and Sacral chakras.
The yoga session will go through several specific yoga poses, channeling vital life force energy into you, and your chakras.
Classes are 30 to 45 minutes.
All LiL classes are recorded so don't worry if you missed a live class, simply register at your convenience and watch the class on demand as many times as you want.
