So much of Spring time complaints like allergies, heaviness, sleepiness, digestive malaise etc etc come from maintaining the same lifestyle in Spring as we did in Winter. Ayurveda is based around aligning ourselves with our environment - and there is nothing more affecting to your person than the change of Season.
